As planned, I've mounted the bears on 25mm round bases to increase their stability and give them a little more protection. Modelling putty was used to hide the original moulded bases, and then the base was covered in sand.
Next step is the undercoat, which I should be able to do tomorrow.
Once I can get the right sized bases, I'll be mounting the cattle on 40mm base in a similar fashion. Can't have them wandering off, now, can I?
