One of these will be the Squig Hopper Derby.
The problem I had is that I don't have a squig. Or a rider for it. Easily resolved, of course.
I managed to paint these in a little over an afternoon, from undercoat to varnish.
So, here is Dodge, the Goblin Champion-to-be, riding his squig "Vyper".

Anyway, I bet you didn't intended the pair to be cute but impressive and scary. Otherwise, pink paint would have been fitting.
Can I just say, as much as I don't get your obsession with little figure thingies, you do an excellent job of painting them up.
ReplyDeleteSquigs have been referred to as cute several times! What makes them 'fun' in the game itself is that they have a certain random element to them - no-one, including the owner, knows exactly what they will do from one turn to the next!
